Lumberjack.

 One day a lumberjack was cutting down a tree near a river. Meanwhile the ax fell into the river. The lord of the river came while the woodcutter was suffering. The woodcutter told God in detail. God pointed to the golden ax of the river and said, "This is your ax." He said no. The second time God showed the silver ax. Not even that. The third time the correct ax was pointed. God gave him all three axes for tell the truth.

Upon hearing this story, another lumberjack came to cut down the tree. He threw the ax into the river and lied to God that the golden ax was his. When God found out, he lost his ax.
